The same terms apply to every account. Unlike trade pricing, none of this is negotiated, so it is published in full.

Measured from our Leyton warehouse. Most of east and north-east London falls inside it.
The minimum order for delivery is £500 ex-VAT. An order at or above it, delivered anywhere within 4 miles of the warehouse, costs £50 to deliver. There is no sliding scale and no fuel surcharge on top.
Outside the standard area
We do deliver beyond 4 miles, but not at a published rate. Distance, order size and how often you order all change what it costs to run, so those deliveries are quoted account by account rather than priced off a table that would be wrong for most of them.
Tell us your postcode and roughly what you expect to order each week and we will come back with a figure. If it does not work, collection from the trade counter is always open to you instead.
Collection
The trade counter at Unit 1A, 10 Argall Avenue, Leyton, London E10 7QE is open Monday to Friday and Saturday until 15:00. Call 020 4597 7041 ahead of a large collection so the order is picked and waiting rather than assembled while you stand at the counter.
Deliveries inside the standard 4-mile area leave from Unit 1A, 10 Argall Avenue, Leyton, London E10 7QE. The £500 minimum (ex-VAT, on the goods) and £50 carriage apply to every delivered order in that area. There is no sliding scale and no fuel surcharge on top.
